Innate Foods will be at Twin Cities VEG FEST all day at Harriet Island Park with all the goodies, so if you want your treats Sunday- go to VEG FEST.

This week’s scone winners are Mac and Cheese and the Chai Late scones, come in to pick our menu for next week and try some of this week’s winners.

GF and Vegan Scones are made from scratch daily with 100% Whole Grain GF flour ground in (tiny) house to be extra fine. Scones change weekly depending what you vote for in the week prior!

Delicious cookies, shown are Double Chocolate chip, using fair trade chocolate chips and gluten free whole grain flour ground in (tiny)house. Almost everything is Organic here at Innate Foods, stop in and get some cookies to start your weekend (or start your work week).

Delicious vegan (and gluten free) scones, cookies and other treats like banana bread and brownies. My husband and I tried the Mac and "Cheese" scone along with a Cinnamon Sugar cookie at the recent Twin Cities Vegfest. They were both scrumptious! The scone was delicate and savory and had the taste of my favorite comfort meal back when I was a child. The Cinnamon Sugar cookie was moist and chewy and downright delicious. It was the perfect accompaniment to my coffee at the end of the day! I have a feeling we will be sampling the banana bread purchased for breakfasts this week sometime later tonight. So find your way to Innate Foods now. Highly recommended! 👏👏

Okay, so we went late in the day on a weekend and pickings were slim, but we grabbed on of everything. On the drive home, I said to my daughter, "give me a bite of....." and so we were sampling them one by one and got to the cinnamon sugar cookie, and I almost pulled over to devour it on the spot! For a gluten free cookie, it is the best thing I have tasted!!! Crunchy on the outside but it's that kind of crunchy that almost has a toffee "pull" to it, then soft and delicious on the inside. I am sure I could eat six of these in one sitting! Next time I'll be going in the morning so I can stock up!!
